Your WhatsApp number and Meta account stay in your name. Apar Chatbot connects them to your website's knowledge and gives you one dashboard to read chats, take over from the bot, and send templates Meta has approved.
- Your own Meta app. You create it once and paste its IDs, token and App secret into the dashboard. A step-by-step guide is on the connect page.
- Meta's charges. Meta bills you directly for template messages, and for replies after the first 1,000 each month on each number. Our plans pay for the AI that writes the replies.
- Customer permission. Send templates only to customers who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp.
- Meta's approvals. Business verification, your display name and each template are approved by Meta, usually quickly but not always.
- AI for your own customers. Meta allows AI that answers customers about your business. You can take over any chat yourself.
- Your data. Your customers' messages are stored only to run your chatbot and show them to you.
